THOMASINA ARTHUR knew she'd be a published author someday, but it wasn’t until an orphan raccoon came into her life that she found her inspiration. Actual pictures and videos of Dory were used for the illustrations and simple story line of her first children's book "Our Raccoon Dory".

She is a loving wife, mother and friend to all and lives near Riding Mountain National Park in Manitoba, Canada.
